		<description>THese statistics look good and I can only hope that more lenders are actually helping more homeowners as there was other preliminary data after April stating Obama didn&#039;t think they were putting enough through.  It is also sad that people who had loan modifcations are going through default again as they are still having a hard time paying the mortgage in the state of the economy.  Thanks for posting the data!!</description>

What I learned is that they do work, are for real and should not be attempted by the homeowner regardless how savy you think you are. I witnessed many of their clients situations and how they came out of it.
