Home sales on the rise..prices projected to increase 10 percent in two years

If you are one of those folks still waiting to buy a home because you want to make sure we’ve seen the bottom of the market, guess what? You will have to look in the rear-view mirror to see the bottom. Evidence of this continues in the market reports coming out, including today’s pending home sales index issued by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in which the pending home sales index increased 2.4 percent from the month before and 12.4 percent from the year before.
